I started working with George after a friend recommended him to me. I’ve been working with him for over 6 months now and can’t recommend him highly enough. It’s incredibly convenient and fun and very reasonably priced for a personal trainer. He comes to my house, brings the weights, TRX, Bosu ball that I need to use as well as a ton of expertise, encouragement, enthusiasm and humor to get me working all those muscles that often would prefer to be lounging on the couch. Each session is carefully planned; he comes with a specific list tailored to my needs and is able to challenge me to go beyond what I would do myself. My strength and muscle tone has vastly improved as well as my balance. I appreciate that he is really flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend him. Book him before his schedule fills up.
George is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had (and I have worked with a lot over the years!). He puts a lot of thought into planning each session and creates plans that are designed to maximize your success. He knows a lot about various types of exercises-TRX, free weights, boxing, high interval training, etc.-so it is never boring or predictable to train with him, which is important both for working different sets of muscles and for keeping the workouts interesting. I would definitely recommend George if you are looking for someone to help you meet your training, muscle toning or weight loss goals. He is knowledgeable and he cares a lot about you and your success.
I’ve been working with George for over a year now. He is the best trainer I have ever worked with. He is patient, funny, and pushes to get the most out of each session. I find I am sticking with the schedule much better when he comes to our home, compared with going to a gym. And it is much more convenient and time efficient.
I’m not yet at the point where I can bend thick iron bars, but definitely making big progress. Highly recommended.
