My Pledge . . .
I will go to your home or office with a challenging, well-thought-out workout, and progress you safely and smartly toward your goals. I will challenge you, motivate you, and keep you accountable and on track. First and foremost, I’ll keep it light and fun. That’s my promise and I’m sticking to it.
Wondering if you have any left in the tank? Trust me . . . it’s there! I enjoy training the over-50 crowd. I know all about those trick knees, clunky shoulders and stiff lower backs, and how to train around them to make them work and feel better. I focus a lot on balance which is so important as we get older, and augment with flexibility, strength and endurance exercises to help you feel better and enjoy life more.
I bring to every session a full array of fitness pieces based on your available space and goals, and an almost limitless arsenal of exercises to maximize your workouts. I’m happy to bring a few dumbbells and kettle bells, but in the long run you may want to stock them so you have more options as you progress. Here’s the arsenal . . .
- TRX suspension straps
- Resistance bands
- Medicine balls
- Dumbbells/Kettlebells (optional)
- Agility ladder
- Jump Ropes
- Battle Ropes
- Boxing Mitts/Gloves
Zero Commute = Zero Excuses . . .
Give me a time and a place to be, and I will be there on time and ready to put you to work! I am located in the Sunset in San Francisco and can travel up to 15 miles in any direction. (Commute charges may apply.)
Sessions typically last an hour (but 30 minute sessions work too) and often can be scheduled on short notice. Training can happen just about anywhere . . . your condo/apartment, your gym, the beach, humongous flights of stairs, your garage, your warehouse, your tiny house, your loft, your living room . . . wherever.
Channel Your Inner Bad Ass . . .
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get lean, get big or just super, super fit, I will help find and channel that bad ass inside of you to get it done. I will also make sure your workouts are adequately fueled and give you valuable tips on balancing the right nutrition with exercise.
